Depending how blue the blue is and how red the red is, you could go with a vintage or a southwest scheme. Maize would go really well on the walls in a southwest scheme. Go with a satin or semi-gloss finish, though. Don't want it too bright.

If you punch up the brightness on the yellow, it will work in a vintage approach, too.

I like a mostly blue drape with some burgundy in it to pick up the carpet.
