The Colors of My Living Room

I chose to paint my living room blue because I wanted to be reminded of the color of the sky on a serene summer day. Now whenever I walk into my living room, regardless of what season it is, I am taken back to the many memories that I have of a clear and calming summer sky that has always brought a smile to my face and still continues to fill me with the sense of peace and tranquility that never fails to restore my day. Then to make those memories that I have even richer and more realistic, I chose to add a few splashes of white and gold throughout the room to remind me of the clouds floating by, and of the seashells and sand on the nearby beach. And I must say that it fills me with great joy every time that I walk into my living room to be reminded of such a relaxing and placid time that always puts me and my mind at ease, and brings back such fond memories of the fun that I used to have on those summer days every time that I take a step into my living room.
